Vintage sterling and rose gold cartouche (center shield ) fob medal with beautiful angel wings detail. Fob is 1 x 1 inch approx. Medal is hallmarked 1945. Vintage heavyweight sterling toggle chain - 17 inches when fastened.  Medal is blank on the reverse.
